So there’s this movie coming out, I think it has something to do with dusk and a star…no wait it’s called Twilight, New Moon.

Vampires get all the ladies!
For anyone within earshot of a radio or within view of a television, or if you live with someone under the age of 16 you’ve probably heard of the movie.
Don’t worry I’m not going to talk about it, I think the movie will do just fine without my help!
However I do want to give kudos to one of the stars, Taylor Lautner. He has done a great job transforming his physique, the reports are he’s put on 30lbs of muscle. Wither the number is 100% accurate or not, props where props are due. Great work man.
There is also a lesson many can learn from him. Initially he was doing to much to soon.
“I was in the gym five days a week, two hours a day. At one point, I was going seven days straight. I had put on a lot of weight, and then I started losing it drastically, so I was worried. It turned out I was overworking myself,” he said. “My trainer told me that I couldn’t break a sweat, because I was burning more calories than I was putting on.”
This tends to happen to a lot of people, my advise to people is always start with the minimum amount of work and keep it basic, that way you always have room to add or room to add more advance routines.
And as always if you want to make a change in your physique nutrition is paramount. Here’s what he says about his eating.
“The hardest thing for me was the eating. At one point I had to shove as much food in my body as possible to pack on calories. My trainer wanted me to do six meals a day and not go two hours without eating. If I would cheat on eating one day, I could tell, I’d drop a few pounds,” he continued.
There you have it, as always motivation is a huge part of it (if only we could all have millions of dollars riding on our work outs!)
